  2. The Promotion is open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom, who are attending
    CCIA at Millbrook Proving Ground on 12th June 2024 to 13th June 2024. Parent/guardian must enter on behalf of a child aged under 18. Written confirmation of permission and proof of parental/guardianship responsibility may be required from parent /guardian before a winner can be declared. Winner communication will only be entered into with the parent/guardian of the winning child.
  3. The Promotion excludes employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies.
  4. The Promotion will run from 9:00 BST on 12th June 2024 (“Opening Time”) to 16:30 BST on 13th June 2024 (“Closing Time”) (altogether the “Promotional Period”). Any entry received
    after the Promotional Period will be rejected.

Ground and complete a lap on the Formula E racing Simulators on the event stand and complete the form to provide their details (Name and email address) to be entered into the Competition. The fastest time within each day session will be selected as the winner.
  2. Entries that do not comply with these entry rules and conditions in full will be disqualified.

  1. There will be 2 winners in total, 1 winner per day, (“Winner”) fastest times shall be selected by the electronic simulator from all complete and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
  2. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The Winner will be notified within 5 working days of the Promotional Period Closing Date via the email address the Winner has provided at the time of entry. If no reply is received within 14 days of notification confirming acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and allocate the Prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner. No further compensation will be provided to the previous Winner.
  4. In the event that, following confirmation of acceptance of the Prize, the Winner is unable to accept the Prize, the Prize will be withdrawn.
