ProPILOT ProPILOT Intelligent Lane Intervention Activation/Deactivation

The ILI system is activated when pushing the ProPILOT or the Speed Limiter switch on the steering wheel when the [Lane Departure Prevention] setting is enabled in the [Driver Assistance] menu in the vehicle information display. To deactivate the ILI system, push the same switch again or disable the [Lane Departure Prevention] setting in the [Driver Assistance] menu. The ILI system will be automatically deactivated when the ignition switch is placed in the OFF position.

To enable or disable the [Lane Departure Prevention]:

  1. In the [Settings] menu in the vehicle information display, select [Driver Assistance].

  2. Select the [Lane] submenu.

  3. Press <OK> to enable or disable the [Lane Departure Prevention].
