7.21.5.3. How to change the set distance to the vehicle ahead
The distance to the vehicle ahead can be selected when the ICC is in standby mode or the ICC is active.
Each time the DISTANCE switch 
is pushed, the set distance will change from long to middle, short and back to long again in that sequence.

The distance to the vehicle ahead changes automatically according to the vehicle speed. As the vehicle speed increases so does the distance.
The distance setting will remain at the current setting even if the engine is restarted.
Each time the ICC system is turned on using the blue ProPILOT Assist switch (5), the distance setting reverts to Long.
