6.11.2.1. Operation

The driver's seat will slide backward:

  • When the driver's door is opened and the power switch is OFF.

  • When the power switch is switched OFF with the driver's door open.

The driver's seat will return to the previous position:

  • When the power switch is switched ON.

The driver's seat will not return to the previous position if the seat switch is operated when the seat is at the exit position.

The entry/exit function can be adjusted or cancelled through the [Vehicle settings] the vehicle information display by performing the following:

  1. Press the image or image buttons on the steering wheel until the [Settings] menu is displayed in the Vehicle Information Display and press the <OK> button.

  2. Use the image or image buttons on the steering wheel to highlight [Vehicle Settings] and press the <OK> button.

  3. Use the image or image buttons on the steering wheel to highlight [Driving Position] and press the <OK> button.

  4. Use the image or image buttons on the steering wheel to highlight [Exit Seat Slide] and press the <OK> button.

    Use the scroll dial to turn the [Exit Seat Slide] function ON or OFF.
