10.6.2.3. Drive belt
- Starter generator
- Water pump
- Crankshaft pulley
- Drive belt auto-tensioner
- Air conditioner compressor
Be sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position before servicing drive belts. The engine could rotate unexpectedly.
Visually inspect the belt for signs of unusual wear, cuts or fraying. If the belt is in poor condition, have it replaced. It is recommended that you visit a NISSAN dealer or qualified workshop for this service.
Have the belt condition checked regularly.
